We cater to all ages & fitness levels  

Group training is ideal for anyone looking to train regularly in a safe group environment with other like-minded women.  This is a fantastic way to get consistent results at a fraction of the cost of personal training. 

Classes are engaging, fun and varied.  Every session is different to ensure you keep your body guessing to ensure you get RESULTS.

We incorporate:

  • Boxing

  • Body weight exercises

  • Strength training

  • Cardio drills

  • Core conditioning

We guarantee you will walk away from every session satisfied that you've had the workout you need.



What is the cost?

Class prices are $16 per class for the term. However we offer unlimited classes for $50 per week.

All class fees are paid in advance for the term (which runs with the school term).

Casual visits are more than welcome and are $20 per class, payable on the day.  Please let us know in advance if you will be attending a class.

What do I need to bring?

All equipment is supplied so all you need to bring is yourself, a mat, a water bottle and a towel in wet weather.

What if I miss a class?

No problem! You are welcome to do a make up class which must be taken up in the same term. We do not credit for missed classes unless due to injury.


I have lost 6 kilos and a dress size in 2 terms just having fun boxing with friends.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jo in 2015 & have been admired by her work ever since.  She has bought back some great memories of when I used to be very active and fit!  It has been over 20 years that I did any form of exercise as I seemed to put everyone ahead of myself & my confidence got very low.  Jo has been absolutely amazing to put a boxing class together for my lovely friends & I who are all at different fitness levels.  We all have the best time together every Tuesday night with lots of fun/laughs while at the same time we are getting fit.  I have lost up to 6 kilos and a dress size over 2 terms just having fun boxing with friends.  I LOVE her boxing classes as my confidence is returning and it puts a smile on my face.  I very HIGHLY recommend Jo as she is very inspirational, compassionate, approachable, encouraging and loves setting goals.  She's the best in the business! I do advise you to join one of her fabulous classes because if I can do it anyone can!

One session a week lead to two, then three

I came across Jo running a training session in Morrison Bay park whilst watching my son play football.  Finally getting the courage to enquire, I started training the following week with Empower Womens Fitness.  One group training a week soon led to two.  The training was tough but I never let it deter me, it made me push myself harder to complete the class and feel triumphant. Once my technique, muscle strength and fitness levels picked up I then started a third session a week which was a 2 on 1 PT session.  One word for PT - "hard" - but I truly love it.  I'm 44 now and I haven't felt this fit or healthy in a while and it is all thanks to Jo's excellent training.  If I had the time I would do a 4th session a week!  Thank you Jo and please never stop because I wouldn't know what to do.
