8 WEEK NUTRITION CHALLENGE

What it includes:

  • Personalized calories and macronutrients set for you (ie. How many calories, protein, carbs, fats you should be eating).

  • Sample meal plans for set calories (no set meal plan).

  • Weekly check in via email where I will analyze your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your nutrition to ensure you continue to progress towards your goals.

  • Closed Facebook group for recipes and nutrition tips.

  • Weekly information as per below.

Weekly information sent to educate you on:

  • Calories and macronutrients

  • How to read nutrition labels

  • How to use MyFitness Pal

  • How to start tracking your food

  • Macro cheat sheet

  • Eating out

  • Borrowing/saving macronutrients so that you can eat the foods you love

  • and much more!

It will require you to:

  • Track your meals daily using MyFitnessPal

  • Check in weekly via email with a results spreadsheet.  This involves answering a set of questions each week as well as taking measurements once a fortnight.  It is highly recommended that you take progress photos regularly (Week 1, Week 4 and Week 8).

This is NOT for you if:

  • You are looking for a quick fix.

  • You have no interest in learning how to eat to fuel your body. 

  • You can’t trust the process

I will teach you HOW to track your calories and which macros are important.  You will learn how to structure your own eating plan with the correct amount of protein, carbs and fats for achieving your goal.
