Helping kids develop an active, positive lifestyle.

These popular classes run for 45 mins and combine strength and cardiovascular drills/games aimed to improve strength, fitness and endurance. More importantly they are designed to increase children’s confidence and make exercise an enjoyable experience.

A large part of the sessions involve various fitness activities and games. These games actually camouflage the fact that they are “exercising”.  We call it exercise, they call it playing!  Playing games is an ideal way to keep kids engaged – at this age exercise needs to be “fun” so they don’t see it as a chore.

All sessions include the fundamentals of fitness (plus more)  including:
